Record

This is a workout schedule/record I follow personally. This is not every event that has an award, and this is just a skeleton guide. You are free to do whatever you feel comfortable doing/have time to do. The exercises I have listed/scheduled are in no way fully comprehensive. I also have limitations due to a port in my chest, so the workout list is not ideal. The workouts listed can easily be searched, if you do not know how to do it. If you have any questions about different exercises to fit your needs feel free to reach out.
